I'm Aiden Fahimi

From the beginning of my mortgage career, I’ve been dedicated to helping clients with the most challenging situations—particularly business owners and self-employed applicants. My analytical background as a chemical engineer, paired with extensive training as a Certified Mortgage Advisor, gives me a unique ability to solve complex problems. I’ve made it my mission to find solutions where others can’t, and clients often tell me they thought homeownership was out of reach until they worked with me. Hearing “you made it happen when no one else could” never gets old!

This passion for problem-solving is what inspired me to launch Expo Lending. I envisioned a mortgage company equipped with the tools, expertise, and resources to help borrowers with unique needs. A company that understands and can guide homebuyers every step of the way committed to turning real estate dreams into reality, no matter how complex the journey.

Travel is another passion that shapes how I approach my work. Exploring new places expands my creativity and sharpens my problem-solving skills, allowing me to see challenges from different perspectives. Whether I’m working from an office or halfway across the globe, my commitment to finding the best solutions for my clients remains the same. Because providing great service doesn’t have borders, and neither does my drive to help my clients achieve their goal.
